We're supporting a leading and growing property developer with the appointment of a Customer Experience Administrator to join its Customer Experience team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in administration, customer service, customer experience or coordination who is looking to develop their career within a fast-paced organisation where customer satisfaction is a key priority.

The Role

As Customer Experience Administrator, you'll play an important role in supporting customer feedback and engagement programmes across the business. You'll coordinate customer satisfaction activities, maintain accurate performance data, produce reports and provide day-to-day administrative support to the Customer Experience team. The role will suit someone who is organised, detail-oriented and comfortable communicating with both customers and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the administration and delivery of customer feedback and survey programmes, ensuring activities are completed accurately and within agreed timescales.
  • Manage the collection, processing and maintenance of customer feedback data.
  • Monitor survey activity, response rates and customer satisfaction results, highlighting any issues or anomalies.
  • Conduct customer telephone outreach to support feedback collection and customer experience initiatives.
  • Produce regular reports, data summaries and performance updates to support customer insight and business decision-making.
  • Support the analysis of customer feedback, identifying trends and opportunities to enhance the customer experience.
  • Coordinate recognition initiatives linked to customer satisfaction and positive customer feedback.
  • Administer customer and employee reward and incentive schemes.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation in line with company policies and data protection requirements.
  • Build effective working relationships with internal stakeholders.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of customer experience processes, reporting and engagement activities.
  • Provide general administrative support to the Customer Experience team as required.

About You

You'll ideally have previous experience in an administrative, customer service, customer experience or coordination role. We're looking for someone with:

  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy when handling data and records.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A confident, professional and engaging telephone manner.
  • The ability to build rapport and communicate effectively with customers.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint.
  • The ability to work independently, use initiative and manage your workload effectively.
  • A genuinely customer-focused approach and a commitment to delivering excellent service.
