We're looking for a friendly, driven, and service-focused Lettings Negotiator to join the team at a vibrant Build-to-Rent development. If you're passionate about property and love delivering amazing experiences, this is your chance to be part of something more than just lettings - it's about creating a home and community for residents.
What you'll be doing:
- Managing enquiries and welcoming prospective residents on-site
- Conducting engaging viewings and showcasing apartments + amenities
- Building relationships with prospective tenants and supporting them through the rental process
- Handling offers, applications, and tenancy progression smoothly
- Keeping the CRM system up to date with leads, feedback, and status updates
- Working closely with the onsite team (concierge, maintenance, ops) to ensure a seamless experience
