As a Lettings Consultant, you\’ll take charge of the lettings journey from start to finish – meeting prospective tenants, conducting viewings, negotiating offers, and ensuring a smooth move‑in process. You\’ll cover developments around Northampton, so a driving licence and your own car are essential (mileage is fully reimbursed).
What You\’ll Be Doing:
- Showcasing stunning, newly built family homes and helping customers find their perfect match.
- Conducting viewings, negotiating offers, and closing lettings to hit key occupancy and income targets.
- Providing exceptional service to every potential resident – ensuring a seamless, positive experience.
- Feeding back on marketing and pricing trends to the wider team.
- Coordinating with tenancy progression and property management teams to make sure every move‑in runs smoothly.
- Delivering regular lettings performance updates to your manager.
What We\’re Looking For:
- Experience in residential lettings, real estate, or property sales (BTR/PRS experience a plus, but not essential).
- A confident communicator with strong customer service and negotiation skills.
- A self‑starter who thrives on autonomy and takes pride in achieving targets.
