- Letchworth | £36,000 | 1 day working from home
This is not a role where you’ll be managing social media in isolation or simply scheduling campaigns.
It’s a chance to join a growing marketing team where performance, creativity, and commercial thinking genuinely matter.
We’re working with a well‑established premium housebuilder that is investing heavily in its marketing function.
Following a recent restructure, they’re looking for a Digital Marketing Executive to join their Head Office team in Letchworth and play a key role in driving lead generation, campaign performance, and digital growth across multiple developments.
You’ll report directly to the Head of Marketing and join a small, collaborative team where your ideas will be heard, your data will influence decisions, and your work will have a visible impact.
- What you’ll be doing
- Running and optimising multi‑channel digital campaigns across paid search, paid social, email, and display.
- Monitoring campaign performance through GA4 and digital dashboards.
- Analysing cost per lead and identifying opportunities to improve marketing ROI.
- Managing website content through Word Press CMS and supporting SEO improvements.
- Creating engaging content, emails, landing pages, brochures, and social assets using Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Working closely with marketing and sales teams to turn on‑site insights into effective digital campaigns.
- Conducting market research and contributing fresh, creative marketing ideas.
This role is heavily data‑driven, so you’ll need to be comfortable analysing performance, spotting trends, and making recommendations that improve results.
- What we’re looking for
- At least 2 years’ experience in a digital marketing role.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using GA4, Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, and CRM systems.
- Experience across SEO, PPC, paid social, email marketing, and campaign reporting.
- Confident content creation and copywriting skills.
- Word Press or similar CMS experience.
- Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite skills.
- A proactive, hands‑on approach and the confidence to ask questions, challenge ideas, and take ownership.
Housebuilder or estate agency experience would be a significant advantage and is the ideal background for this role.
However, it is not a dealbreaker. We’d also be very interested in candidates who have worked for a high‑end or premium consumer brand and can demonstrate strong digital marketing, reporting, and performance‑driven experience.
An understanding of premium brand positioning, customer experience, and what high‑performing marketing looks like will be highly valued.
This is a genuinely exciting time to join the business.
The marketing team has recently been restructured, new systems are being introduced, and there is significant investment in digital capability.
You’ll have the opportunity to work with a supportive Head of Marketing, gain exposure to multiple projects, and develop your career within a business that is growing rapidly.
The culture is collaborative, entrepreneurial, and refreshingly free of unnecessary bureaucracy. You’ll be given autonomy, responsibility, and the chance to make a real impact.
Package
- 1 day working from home per week.
- 26 days holiday plus your birthday off, increasing with service.
- Pension with up to 10% employer contribution.
- Discretionary bonus.
- Life assurance.
- Employee wellbeing and gym benefits.
- Free on‑site parking and EV charging.
If you’re a digitally minded marketer who enjoys using data to improve performance and wants to be part of a growing, ambitious business, we’d love to hear from you.
