- Conducting initial due diligence, data room tracking, and comprehensive appraisals
- Running feasibility studies including coordination with design team consultants
- Drafting Investment Memorandums and Investment Committee Reports
- Tracking public procurement opportunities and pipeline feasibility studies
- Supporting land assembly activities for existing landbank
- Reporting directly to Head of Land Acquisition
- Maintaining ongoing project tracking across development portfolio
