A growing real estate business is hiring a Junior Finance Assistant to work directly with the Finance Director and gain exposure across the entire finance function. This is not a narrow AP role. You will see how finance actually works inside a property developer. The business works across development, distressed assets and construction projects, with strong relationships across lenders and investors.

What you will be doing:

  • Processing supplier invoices and supporting payment runs
  • Bank reconciliations
  • Supporting VAT and CIS returns
  • Assisting with year end accounts
  • Helping manage finance across multiple property entities

You will work closely with an experienced Finance Director who previously worked with major London developers.
