A leading organisation in the housing sector is on the lookout for a driven and proactive Resales Progression Consultant to join their fast-paced After Sales team. You'll be at the heart of the action - managing a high-volume pipeline, smashing monthly targets, and delivering an outstanding customer experience every step of the way. From supporting leaseholders through the resales and staircasing process to working closely with solicitors, IFAs, and internal teams, you'll be making deals happen and keeping everything moving smoothly.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Delivering a first-class resales and interim staircasing service to customers.
- Managing a busy caseload and consistently hitting (and exceeding) monthly KPIs.
- Building strong relationships with internal teams and external partners to keep the sales process on track.
- Providing clear, expert advice on conveyancing procedures and shared ownership requirements.
- Keeping customers updated at every stage - and making sure their journey is seamless.
What You'll Bring:
- 2-3 years' experience in sales progression, ideally within shared ownership or affordable housing.
- A proven track record of hitting and beating sales targets.
- Top-notch communication skills - written, verbal, and everything in between.
