Support investment and cashflow analysis for new developments.
What we’re looking for Newly qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA (or equivalent).
Experience gained in the living sectors (BTR, PBSA, residential).
Strong communication skills – able to influence senior non-finance stakeholders.
A problem-solver with the initiative to shape processes in a growing function.
