Deverell Smith is seeking an ambitious commercial property professional to take ownership of the performance of a portfolio of assets and help build the asset management platform.

You will be responsible for leasing, tenant relationships, service charge performance, and operational expenditure, working directly with the Managing Director to drive value.

This is a hands-on role for an experienced landlord or managing agent.

Salary DOE. Approx £60,000 to £80,000 plus bonus.
