Are you an experienced Build to Rent operations leader ready to take the helm of Manchester's most prestigious residential development? I'm working exclusively with a market-leading BTR operator to find a dynamic General Manager who will set the standard for premium urban living.

You'll have complete operational and budgetary accountability for this flagship Manchester development, driving performance while creating an exceptional living environment that residents are proud to call home. What You'll Be Doing
- Taking full operational and financial responsibility for this high-end residential development
- Leading a motivated team to deliver consistently outstanding resident services and satisfaction
- Managing all aspects of building performance including occupancy rates, revenue optimisation, and cost control
