You drive occupancy, rental growth and resident satisfaction while overseeing lettings, property management, facilities and safety. You will manage the operating budget, rent collection and reporting on financial performance, ensuring high standards and statutory compliance. You will build a strong resident community and lead ESG and social value initiatives.
