General Manager – Premium BTR Development | Manchester City Centre | £55,000 Performance Bonus Our client, a leading operator of Build-to-Rent schemes across the UK, is seeking an experienced General Manager to oversee their premium residential development in Manchester city centre. This is an exceptional opportunity to join an established BTR operator and lead operations at their flagship Manchester property. The Role: As General Manager, you\’ll be responsible for the day-to-day operations of this state-of-the-art BTR development, managing everything from resident experience and community building to financial performance and team leadership.
