General Manager - Premium BTR Development | Manchester City Centre | £55,000 + Performance Bonus
Our client, a leading operator of Build-to-Rent schemes across the UK, is seeking an experienced General Manager to oversee their premium residential development in Manchester city centre. This is an exceptional opportunity to join an established BTR operator and lead operations at their flagship Manchester property.
The Role: As General Manager, you'll be responsible for the day-to-day operations of this state-of-the-art BTR development, managing everything from resident experience and community building to financial performance and team leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all operational aspects of the BTR scheme including leasing, resident services, and facilities management
- Drive occupancy rates and rental income through strategic marketing and exceptional resident experience
- Lead and develop a team including leasing consultants, concierge, and maintenance staff
- Implement the company's award-winning service standards and operational procedures
- Manage P&L responsibility and work towards ambitious financial targets
- Build strong relationships with residents, contractors, and local stakeholders
