deverellsmith is recruiting a General Manager for a flagship Build to Rent development in Sheffield City Centre. This 12-month fixed-term contract offers ownership of on-site operations, leasing performance and resident experience with a view to permanence as the portfolio grows.
You will lead a multidisciplinary on-site team, drive occupancy and revenue, manage budgets and ensure health and safety compliance, delivering exceptional living experiences for residents.
