Job Title : Finance Assistant Salary : £25k-£28k Location : NW London Summary We are representing one of London’s fastest growing block management companies based in the NW area of London. Winning lots of new business, the team is continuing to grow and therefore looking to bring a Finance Assistant on board. The ideal candidate will be a university graduate/school leaver with a real desire to begin their finance career within a reputable firm. The role will include a study support package to get you started on your AAT (or continue if you’ve already started). If you are already working within a similar role, there are other opportunities within the same business so get in touch! Key Responsibilities Manage electronic data and e-mails from shared mailboxes, ensuring all customers and suppliers are promptly responded to. Liaison with managers, accountants and support staff as necessary To participate in all internal training Monitoring daily bank statements for BACS receipts and ensuring all are posted accurately and on time. Banking as required Filing all invoices accurately and correctly Sending remittances to suppliers and taking primary responsibility for dealing with supplier invoices, ensuring they are posted via Fixflo onto Qube.
