Are you a fluent Turkish speaker with excellent customer service skills? We are working with a leading property developer who is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Advisor to provide outstanding support to their Turkish-speaking clients throughout their property buying journey.
About the Role
As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be the primary point of contact for Turkish-speaking customers, ensuring they receive a seamless and exceptional experience from initial enquiry through to completion and beyond. You will work closely with sales, construction, and legal teams to deliver best-in-class customer care.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the main liaison for Turkish-speaking clients throughout the sales and post-sales process
- Provide regular updates on construction progress and development milestones
- Coordinate property viewings, demonstrations, and handovers
- Handle customer enquiries, concerns, and complaints with professionalism and empathy
- Liaise with internal departments including sales, construction, legal, and after-care teams
- Maintain accurate customer records and documentation
- Conduct property inspections and snagging appointments
- Build strong, lasting relationships with clients to encourage referrals and repeat business
- Translate documentation and communications between English and Turkish as required
What We Are Looking For
- Fluent Turkish speaker (verbal and written) - essential
- Previous customer service or client-facing experience
- Property or construction industry experience highly desirable
- Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities
- Professional, patient, and detail-oriented approach
- Ability to manage multiple clients and priorities simultaneously
