We're working exclusively with a leading, award‑winning housebuilder to find a Senior Sales Executive for one of their flagship developments in the heart of the Kent countryside. Development

You'll be based at a beautiful collection of 2–5 bedroom homes in Cranbrook, Kent, with properties ranging from £335,000 up to over £1 million. It's a high‑quality, well‑regarded development with new phases on the horizon, meaning there's plenty of pipeline to come.

Role

As Senior Sales Executive you will be the driving force on site, taking full ownership of the sales process from initial enquiry through to reservation. You will be confident working independently, delivering an exceptional customer experience and representing a premium product to buyers across a broad range of price points.
