π Your Role:
As a vital part of our team, you\’ll ensure a seamless customer journey, from reservation to post-completion. Your key responsibilities include:
Plot Progression
- Drive reservations to exchange by collaborating with solicitors, sales teams, and agents.
- Conduct AML checks, manage contract variations, and keep trackers (C360) updated.
Completion Management
- Monitor completion timelines, address challenges, and assist with resales.
- Handle rescissions and ensure everything runs smoothly up to handover.
Post-Completion Excellence
- Respond to customer service queries, assist with additional sales (e.g., parking spaces, storage), and help set up new developments.
