About the Role You'll assist with the running and progression of conveyancing transactions, including: Handling incoming calls and client communications, responding to queries promptly Preparing, receiving and verifying new client care packs electronically Verifying identification and source of funds for new clients Completing title checks under the direction of a Fee Earner Drafting and issuing contract packs Obtaining redemption statements Dealing with pre-contract enquiries on sale files under supervision Preparing pre-completion paperwork, including invoices and statements of account Keeping the case management system updated and accurate Building relationships with third parties through excellent customer service This role offers genuine progression to Senior Conveyancing Assistant, Paralegal and Fee Earner positions, backed by a professional development plan and study support for anyone wanting to pursue a qualification.
