About My Client

My client is a thriving construction consultancy specialising in the quick service restaurant (QSR) sector. Their team delivers exceptional project management services to leading brands, ensuring restaurant rollouts and refurbishments are completed on time, on budget, and to the highest standards.

The Role

They are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their successful team and lead construction projects for their QSR clients. You will be the key point of contact for clients, managing projects from inception through to handover, ensuring seamless delivery of new builds, refurbishments, and fit-outs across multiple sites.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end delivery of QSR construction projects, including new builds, refurbishments, and fit-outs
  • Act as primary client liaison, building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders
  • Coordinate multi-disciplinary teams including architects, M&E contractors, kitchen specialists, and suppliers
  • Monitor project programmes, budgets, and quality standards
  • Oversee compliance with building regulations, health & safety requirements, and brand standards
  • Conduct regular site inspections and progress meetings
  • Identify and mitigate project risks proactively
  • Ensure all documentation is completed accurately and on time

Essential Requirements

  • Proven experience in project management within construction or fit-out environments
  • Technical knowledge of HVAC systems, commercial kitchen equipment, or similar MEP disciplines
  • Understanding of QSR operational requirements and constraints
  • Strong commercial acumen with experience managing project budgets
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Desirable

  • Experience working directly with QSR brands or in the hospitality sector
  • Relevant qualification (APM, construction management degree, or similar)
  • Knowledge of kitchen ventilation systems, refrigeration, and food service equipment
