Job Title: Construction Administrator
Location: London – On-site
Contract: 9-Month Fixed-Term
Salary: Up to £33,000 per annum

Overview:
We\’re working with a leading construction and development company, and they\’re looking for a Construction Administrator to join their team for a 9-month contract. Reporting directly to the QA Managers, this role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced site environment and knows how to handle the unique personalities that make up a construction team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide daily administrative support to the construction and QA teams.

  • Assist in the preparation and management of documents, reports, and records.

  • Maintain filing systems (electronic and paper) to ensure easy access to key documents.

  • Help coordinate meetings, take minutes, and track action items.

  • Liaise with contractors, subcontractors, and site personnel to ensure smooth communication.

  • Support quality assurance processes by ensuring documentation is up-to-date and accurate.

What We\’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience in a construction administration or site support role.

  • Excellent organisational and multitasking skills.

  • Confident working on-site and collaborating with a wide range of personalities.

  • A dynamic, proactive mindset – you\’ll be someone who spots what needs doing and gets stuck in.
