- Manage a small team and work closely with on-site colleagues to create a welcoming community, ensuring residents receive first-class service at every stage.
- Combine hands-on lettings with community-building initiatives and performance reporting.
Proven background in residential leasing/lettings. - Strong negotiation and customer service skills.
- Knowledge of lettings compliance, referencing, and Right to Rent.
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and confident using CRM systems.
- Proactive, dynamic, and team-focused.
