We are looking for a highly customer-focused Customer Experience Advisor to join a busy residential accommodation site in Cambridge.
This is a part-time, permanent position working 20 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

You'll be the welcoming face of the site, building positive relationships with residents while ensuring the day-to-day operation runs smoothly.

You'll spend time both at reception and out around the property, creating a friendly, safe and welcoming environment for everyone who lives there.
The Role
As the first point of contact for residents, visitors and contractors, you'll play an important role in delivering a consistently high standard of service.
Your responsibilities will include
- Delivering a warm, professional and welcoming front-of-house experience.
- Building strong relationships with residents and responding to enquiries with empathy and efficiency.
- Resolving day-to-day issues, escalating where appropriate and ensuring excellent follow-up.
- Supporting the resident journey from arrival through to departure.
- Managing reception duties, including parcel handling, visitor management and general administration.
- Assisting with property tours and occupancy activity when required.
- Carrying out regular walks around the building to ensure communal areas are safe, clean and well presented.
- Completing routine inspections, welfare checks and incident reports.
- Responding appropriately to alarms, emergencies and unexpected situations.
- Supporting health and safety procedures and helping maintain a safe environment.
- Working closely with colleagues across operations and maintenance to deliver an exceptional resident experience.
