All candidates must have Right to Work in the UK and reside in the UK prior to applying to this position. Our client is a well-capitalised, fully integrated London developer, operator, and contractor with a strong track record across residential, PBSA, and mixed-use schemes. They have one of the largest student accommodation pipelines in London and a construction arm that has successfully scaled into a competitive third-party contractor. Now they're doing the same with façade remediation - and they need the right person to lead it commercially.
This is a senior, strategic hire with a clear mandate: originate work, build a pipeline, and help establish a newly formed remediation division as a recognised player in the market. The platform is already there - an active delivery business, institutional backing, and a live portfolio of high-rise schemes across London. What's needed now is someone who can take that credibility into the market and convert it into revenue.
Responsibilities
- Targeting developers, asset owners, landlords, and consultants - identifying buildings in need of façade and cladding remediation works and building the relationships that turn opportunity into contracted revenue.
- This is a field-based, hands-on role that also requires genuine strategic thinking.
- Work closely with the Operations Director and delivery teams to ensure everything you bring in can be delivered to the standard the business is building its reputation on.
What we're looking for
- A proven work-winner from within the façade remediation or cladding sector.
- Established network across London - developers, asset owners, consultants, housing associations - and the commercial acumen to move deals from first conversation to contract.
- Equally comfortable at a networking event and in a client meeting, with knowledge of how this market works and who the right people are.
In London, the demand for credible, capable remediation contractors has never been greater. This business is well-positioned to capture that demand - they need someone who can go and get it.
The package
- Commission, bonus, and additional incentives.
- A genuine platform opportunity - the founding commercial hire in a well-backed, rapidly scaling division.
