Role Overview: As a Business Development Director, you will demonstrate determination, ambition, and self-motivation, prioritising effectively in a quick-paced and high-growth environment. You will bring relevant market experience as a high-performing individual contributor, using your extensive sector knowledge to offer credible and detailed propositions to senior decision-makers. Your role will involve engaging and informing investors, developers, consultants, and sales professionals within the real estate sector. Additionally, you will identify and secure new clients and revenue streams, leveraging your in-depth industry knowledge. Collaboration with in-house advisors and data teams will be essential to ensure successful project deliveries and consistent revenue growth.
