An exciting opportunity has opened up for a creative and conscientious Brand & Marketing Executive to join an esteemed property development company based in Central London. We are looking for a marketing professional with strong design skills and confidence when navigating InDesign. You will play an essential role in elevating our brand presence, creating engaging content, and contributing to the success of our high-end property portfolio across London and the home counties.

  • Leading the creation of content: Lead content creation for LinkedIn and Instagram, maintaining brand consistency and engagement. Researching external events, creative ideas and opportunities for maximising engagement.
  • Day-to-day management and updating of website
  • Press: Help with creation and distribution of press materials, manage media tracking, prepare press briefings and update the press database.
  • Events: Assist with planning and execution of all external and internal events.
  • Internal Comms: Preparation and planning for internal staff briefings and events.
  • Helping with client pitches: Support preparation of client pitches and marketing materials.

Experience: Proven experience in brand marketing, preferably in luxury services/goods or high-end residential property sectors. Proficient in InDesign and other creative design tools. Strong social media management skills with an eye for aesthetics. Experience with CRM systems and event management.

Opportunity to work for a prestigious brand with lots of high-end interesting projects across London and the home counties. Flexibility to work from home on Fridays.
