Base pay range Bid Manager Deverellsmith has partnered with a leading mixed-use developer to recruit a Bid Manager to take ownership of identifying, managing, and submitting high-quality qualitative responses to invitations to tender. This role plays a key part in securing new business opportunities in line with their growth strategy. Role Scope Analyse tender documentation and determine how best to address requirements, highlighting unique strengths and differentiators. Coordinate and secure timely input from contributors, including consultants and internal bid teams. Prepare final bid submissions, ensuring ample time for review and refinement. Delivery Draft high-quality qualitative responses to secure new business. Produce clear, concise, and compelling case studies for new and ongoing projects. Support the preparation of post-tender interviews. Maintain staff CVs and other supporting documentation. Ensure submissions are delivered on time and to the highest standard. Quality
