The Role:
We're looking for an enthusiastic and driven Sales Consultant to join a small, supportive team on-site. You'll be working alongside one other experienced Sales Consultant, managing the full customer journey from enquiry through to completion.

Location: Bicester (on-site, 5 days/week including weekends)

Contract: Temp to perm

Salary: £36,000 basic + generous per-plot commission

Hours: 10am-5pm (weekdays), 10am-4pm (weekends)

What We're Looking For:

Minimum 6 months experience in new homes or estate agency

A positive, proactive approach with strong customer service skills

Confident working independently and as part of a small team
