Assistant Scheme Manager – Student Accommodation
Location: Oxford
Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week mon-Fri
Join a dynamic team managing a 549-bed student accommodation scheme in Oxford. As an Assistant Scheme Manager, you'll support the Scheme Manager in all aspects of running the site while taking ownership of specific responsibilities. This role is perfect for someone passionate about creating a vibrant and supportive community for residents.
Key Responsibilities:
Administration:
- Coordinate rotas for security and housekeeping teams.
- Manage staff holidays, sickness logs, and financial records, including expenses and reconciliations.
- Handle purchase orders, invoices, and budget lines effectively.
Customer Care:
- Provide front-desk and online support for residents and stakeholders.
- Offer guidance to residents on university life, financial concerns, and more.
- Organize social events and gather resident feedback to improve the experience.
- Manage and update social media channels.
Business Development:
- Conduct property viewings and process bookings.
- Promote the scheme at university events and develop marketing strategies.
Facilities Support:
- Report maintenance issues and liaise with contractors.
- Communicate with residents about scheduled works and room access.
