To protect and enhance the value of a portfolio of c4,500 Build to Rent units across the UK, leading day-to-day asset management of properties operated by in-house teams and third-party operators, acting as an investor representative.

Key Responsibilities

  • Day-to-day asset management of c4,500 operational BTR units across the UK
  • Manage Operational Property Managers and relationships with JV partners, advisors and stakeholders
  • Ensure assets meet Business Plan and operational KPIs including occupancy, NOI targets, ESG/Net Zero strategies, and compliance
  • Review operational budgets and funding requests to protect NOI and drive leasing performance
  • Prepare quarterly lender/Board updates and manage portfolio valuations
  • Manage supplier/contractor relationships, contracts and insurance brokers
  • Support acquisitions, disposals, refinancings and lead asset management Due Diligence
  • Draft Investment Committee recommendations
  • Act as business partner across the company
