You will own the end-to-end rates position, scrutinising rateable values and bills to optimise costs while negotiating appeals where needed. You’ll liaise with the VOA and billing authorities and direct external rating agents.
You’ll also maintain clean data, produce governance reports and keep leadership informed on exposure, risk and opportunities across the portfolio.
