We're looking for ambitious, commercially minded people to join deverellsmith as Recruitment Consultants, with a couple of exciting opportunities available across our team.

Whether you're already working in recruitment, have experience in the property industry, or have a strong background in sales or business development, we'd love to hear from you.

You'll be working with clients across the property industry, building relationships, developing new business and connecting talented people with exciting career opportunities. What will you be doing?

• Building and managing relationships with clients across the property industry.
• Developing new business and identifying opportunities to grow your market.
• Speaking with candidates and helping them find their next career move.
• Growing your professional network and becoming an expert in your area.
• Interviewing candidates and managing the recruitment process from start to finish.
• Negotiating salaries, fees and offers.
• Working towards targets and earning commission on the business you generate.
• Taking ownership of your market and building your own client and candidate network.

Who are we looking for?

We're open to people from a few different backgrounds:

• Recruitment: You might already be working in recruitment and looking for a new environment, better earning potential or the opportunity to specialise in real estate.
• Property: You could be working in estate agency, property sales, lettings or another property-related role and looking to use your industry knowledge and relationships in a different way.
• Sales/Business Development: You might have a strong track record in B2B sales, business development or another target-driven role and be interested in moving into recruitment.

• Strong earning potential – £40,000–£45,000 OTE in Year 1, £60,000–£70,000 in Year 2 and £80,000+ in Year 3, with higher earning potential for those joining with relevant experience.
