£27,000-£29,000 + £25,000 OTE | Thursday & Friday off | Temp-to-Perm
An exciting opportunity to join one of the UK's largest house builders and launch your career in the new homes industry. We're looking for a motivated, confident and customer-focused individual to join a fantastic team where you'll have the opportunity to learn from experienced sales professionals. No previous property experience is required. If you have a background in luxury retail, cabin crew, hospitality or another customer-facing role, and you're passionate about delivering an excellent customer experience, we'd love to hear from you.
We're looking for:
- Confident and engaging communication skills
- Strong customer service experience
- A genuine interest in property and new homes
- Motivation, ambition and a willingness to learn
- A professional and personable approach
The opportunity:
- £27,000-£29,000 basic
- £25,000 OTE
- Thursday & Friday off
- Work with one of the UK's largest house builders
- Learn from a supportive and experienced team
- Temp-to-perm opportunity - start on a weekly rolling contract, giving you the chance to trial the role and team before making a permanent commitment
