Technical Manager - Residential Development South London | £85,000 - £95,000 I'm currently recruiting for a Technical Manager to join a residential developer on a major scheme in South London. The project is a large-scale RC frame development of around 500 residential units across multiple blocks. The scheme is currently at Stage 3 design, so this is a great opportunity for someone to come in at an early stage, take ownership of the technical side of the project and see it through to delivery. You'll be joining at an important point in the development, with responsibility for taking the scheme through the Gateway process, developing the technical strategy, building out the project team and ultimately overseeing the technical delivery of the site.
