We're looking for a reliable, hands-on Handyman to support a residential development in Salford on a temporary basis. This would suit someone local to Salford/Manchester who is available at short notice and is looking for temporary work.
The Role
You'll be supporting the site team with general maintenance, repairs and day-to-day tasks around the development. The work will be varied, so we're looking for someone practical who is happy getting stuck in and can turn their hand to a range of jobs. Duties may include:
- General handyman and maintenance tasks
- Basic repairs and upkeep around the development
- Minor decorating and making-good
- Moving materials, furniture and equipment when required
- Assisting with the general presentation and upkeep of communal areas
