Technical Coordinator - Residential Development

I'm currently recruiting for a Technical Coordinator to join a residential developer working on a major London development.
The role is to support the project through its Gateway application, working alongside the existing technical team and consultants to make sure the required technical information is coordinated, accurate and progressing to programme.
The role will include:
- Supporting the Technical Manager with the Gateway application
- Coordinating design information across consultants and project stakeholders
- Managing technical documentation and ensuring information is kept up to date
- Reviewing drawings and technical information
- Assisting with design coordination and resolving technical queries
- Liaising with architects, engineers and external consultants
- Supporting the project team through design development and approvals
- Helping to prepare the project for the next stages of delivery
I'm looking for someone with:
- Previous experience as a Technical Coordinator or similar
- Good understanding of construction and the design process
- Strong coordination and organisational skills
- Experience with Gateway / BSR would be advantageous, although training can be provided for the right person
- Someone who is keen to take more responsibility and develop their technical career
The role would suit someone who enjoys being involved in the detail but also wants exposure to the wider project and the opportunity to progress within a residential development environment.
