We are looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join a friendly student accommodation team at Park House, Southampton, a small, close-knit 140-bed site in the city centre. This is a varied, front-of-house role, ideal for someone who enjoys working with people from different backgrounds and creating a welcoming, supportive environment for students living away from home. The role offers flexibility, with shifts available either 9:00am-1:00pm or 1:00pm-5:00pm, allowing candidates to choose the pattern that suits them best.
Key Responsibilities- Acting as the first point of contact for students, visitors and parents
- Providing friendly, day-to-day customer service and support to residents
- Managing parcel deliveries and collections
- Handling general enquiries and student requests in a timely manner
- Conducting viewings for prospective students and their families
- Keeping communal areas clean, tidy and presentable
- Taking a hands-on approach to ad-hoc tasks around the building
- Working closely with the wider property and maintenance teams to resolve issues
- Friendly, approachable and confident when dealing with people
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Hands-on with a positive 'no job too small' attitude
