Known for working with leading London developers, the business operates with a collaborative, hands-on culture where expertise is trusted and valued.
What makes the role exceptional
This is a role for someone who wants genuine ownership of a technically demanding portfolio, not a support function. - Preparation and management of service charge budgets and year-end accounts
- Reconciliations, variance analysis and financial reporting across the portfolio

- Supporting audits and liaising with external accountants as required
- Ensuring compliance with lease terms and relevant regulatory requirements
Requirements
- Proven service charge accounting experience within residential block or estate management
- Advanced working knowledge of Qube PM: confident, hands‑on use is essential
- Solid understanding of leasehold legislation and service charge best practice
- Highly organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage a busy portfolio independently
- Direct property management environment experience (not solely audit or advisory backgrounds)
- Immediate or short-notice availability preferred
