Junior Accountant – Service Charge Accounts

Location: Cambridge

Salary: £28,000 – £32,000

Contract: Full-time, Monday-Friday (Hybrid – 2 days office, 3 days home)

An established residential property management company, founded in 2004, is seeking a Junior Accountant to join their Service Charge Accounts team. Key responsibilities

  • Prepare and load accurate annual service charge budgets for property portfolios
  • Process billing for service charges, ground rent, and additional fees to leaseholders

  • Collaborate with external accountants during account reviews and audits
  • Manage utility and insurance recharges to leaseholders
  • Handle tax administration and compliance requirements
  • Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
