An award-winning Interior Design and Architecture Studio is seeking an exceptional Senior Interior Designer to join their dynamic team working on prestigious residential projects across the UK and internationally. This is a rare opportunity to take ownership of luxury schemes from concept to completion, working on high-end residential projects where budgets range from £50-£120 per square foot for FF&E. You will be joining a fun, hardworking team that values creativity, precision, and genuine design passion.
The Role
- Leading luxury residential projects from initial concept through to final installation.
- Designing bespoke interior schemes including custom joinery and comprehensive FF&E selections using CAD, Photoshop and InDesign.
- Presenting concepts confidently to high-net-worth clients both digitally and in person.
- Managing all project aspects including client liaison, budget control, procurement and contractor coordination.
- Producing detailed specifications for lighting, sanitaryware, finishes and joinery.
- Overseeing fit-out delivery to ensure impeccable quality standards are met.
What We’re Looking For
The Must-Haves:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in high-end residential interior design.
- Strong FF&E portfolio demonstrating your design development and personal aesthetic.
- Design-based degree or equivalent qualification.
- Technical proficiency in Photoshop, AutoCAD, MS Office and Estimac.
- Proven project leadership; you’ve managed clients, budgets and delivery independently.
- Commercial awareness with solid understanding of project budgets and cost management.
- Supplier knowledge and established relationships within the industry.
