Position Summary
You would be joining a FTSE-listed central London real estate business as a Finance Operations Lead, reporting to the Finance Operations Manager. You'll be close to the numbers that actually run the business, working across a portfolio you will recognise the moment you see the address list, with proper exposure to month-end, reporting, controls and the operational side of a listed property platform.

Qualifications
What we need: ACA, ACCA or CIMA finalist or recently qualified, trained in industry rather than practice, ideally within real estate, property or another listed corporate environment. Comfortable working at pace in a proper finance function and confident enough to own your work end to end.
Benefits
Package is strong for the level. £60,000 to £65,000 base, bonus up to 22.8%, 15% non-contributory pension, family private healthcare and dental, 25 days holiday with the office shutting between Christmas and New Year. Three month notice once you are in.
