You'll be the go-to person for general repairs, compliance support, and site upkeep - helping to ensure the property is safe, functional, and welcoming for all residents.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Carrying out day-to-day maintenance across the site - minor plumbing tasks (e.g. fixing leaks, blocked drains, replacing fittings), plus basic electrical and carpentry jobs
  • Supporting seasonal upkeep, internal and external repairs, and small refurbishments
  • Checking HVAC systems (e.g. filter replacements, minor diagnostics) and assisting with plant room upkeep
  • Completing regular site inspections: fire safety, emergency lighting, risers, bin stores, and security features
  • Logging and escalating faults, managing compliance routines
  • Coordinating resident appointments and contractor visits, ensuring works are completed to standard
  • Maintaining digital records for inspections, repairs, and compliance tasks
  • Providing great customer service with a professional, friendly attitude

What We're Looking For:

  • Strong experience in property maintenance or facilities roles
  • A background or qualification in plumbing is highly desirable
  • Confident in a wide range of minor repairs - from pipes to panels to plant checks
  • Highly organised, proactive, and responsive to requests
  • Comfortable using digital tools for task tracking and reporting
  • A team player who takes pride in keeping buildings safe, tidy, and well-maintained
  • Eligible to work in the UK and fluent in English
  • Desirable: NVQ or trade qualifications (plumbing, electrical, or general maintenance)
  • Experience in planned/preventative maintenance
  • Fire marshal, first aid, or health & safety training (or happy to train)
