We are exclusively partnered with a fast-growing real estate investment and asset management platform that has scaled to c.£300m AUM in just 18 months. As the business continues its strong acquisition and asset management strategy, it is now seeking its first in-house Finance Director to build, own, and lead the entire finance function. This is a rare opportunity to step into a newly created position where you will have full autonomy to establish best-in-class financial processes, partner closely with senior leadership, and play a key role in supporting the company's ongoing growth.
The Opportunity
- Take full ownership of the finance function across the group and SPVs
- Lead all financial control, reporting, cashflow management, and statutory accounting
- Support acquisitions and disposals, including financial due diligence, transaction analysis, and integration
- Work closely with the founders, investment, and asset management teams to provide commercial insight and decision support
- Develop and implement scalable financial systems, controls, and reporting processes from the ground up
- Oversee tax, compliance, and regulatory reporting requirements
- Contribute to strategic planning, budgeting, and long-term business performance
About You
- A qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA)
- Experienced in real estate finance – ideally commercial
- Comfortable in a hands-on, sole-charge environment
- Confident supporting transactions and leading financial due diligence
- Strong in technical accounting, financial control, and reporting
- Entrepreneurial, proactive, and excited by the challenge of building a finance function from scratch
