Qualified accountant with one to three years PQE and an appetite for business partnering? Read on. A major institutional name in UK rental housing is hiring into its build to rent platform. Serious scale across London and the wider UK, long term global capital behind it, and an active development pipeline alongside a stabilised portfolio of occupied assets.
The role sits on the operational finance side, partnering directly with the client teams running the assets. You will be the finance point of contact for property level performance, working with operators and asset managers to turn the numbers into decisions. A real seat at the table. Not a reporting function bolted on at month end.
