Are you friendly, proactive and great with people? Looking for an immediate role where every day is different? We are recruiting a Customer Service Advisor to join a fantastic student accommodation site in Cheltenham.
Hours: Monday - Thursday, 9am - 17.30 (30 hours per week)
Salary: £12.21 per hour
About the Role
As the on-site point of contact, you will be the friendly face that helps create a brilliant living experience for students. You will be based at the property and support residents, visitors and prospective tenants with everything they need, including:
- Welcoming students, answering queries and providing day-to-day support
- Managing parcel deliveries and collections
- Handling student requests and general enquiries
- Conducting viewings for prospective students and parents
- Ensuring communal spaces stay tidy and presentable
- Liaising with the wider property team to resolve issues quickly and efficiently
About You
We are looking for someone who:
- Has great communication and customer service skills
- Enjoys helping people and solving problems
- Is organised, confident and reliable
- Is comfortable working on-site in a busy, people-focused environment
