Are you friendly, proactive and great with people? We are looking for a Customer Service Assistant to join a welcoming student accommodation site in Cambridge on a part-time, permanent basis (16 hours per week, weekends only).
This is a varied, front-of-house role ideal for someone who enjoys helping others and creating a positive community atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities- Acting as the first point of contact for students, visitors and parents
- Providing friendly, day-to-day customer service and support to residents
- Managing parcel deliveries and collections
- Handling general enquiries and student requests in a timely manner
- Conducting viewings for prospective students and their families
- Keeping communal areas clean, tidy and presentable
- Taking a hands-on approach to ad-hoc tasks around the building
- Working closely with the wider property and maintenance teams to resolve issues
