The Role
As Senior Interior Designer, you will lead projects from concept through to completion, bringing strong creative vision, technical expertise, and commercial awareness. You’ll work closely with internal teams, consultants, contractors, and suppliers to deliver exceptional interior environments that meet both design and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Design Leadership
- Lead interior design concepts from feasibility through to project completion.
- Develop and present design concepts, mood boards, material palettes, and design narratives.
- Maintain high design standards and consistency across multiple projects.
- Mentor and support junior team members.
- Project Delivery
- Produce and oversee design packages, layouts, specifications, schedules, and drawing reviews.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and wider project teams.

- FF&E
- Lead FF&E selection, specification, and supplier coordination.

- Stakeholder Management
- Manage project programmes and key deliverables.
- Present design proposals to senior stakeholders.

About You
Experience
- 5+ years experience within residential or mixed‑use developments.
- Experience delivering projects within the UK market.
- Experience working with developers is advantageous.
- Exposure to PBSA or hospitality projects would be beneficial.
