The role

This is a New Homes Sales Executive / Property Sales Consultant role focused on Shared Ownership and residential sales. You'll be based across developments in South East London (including areas like Kidbrooke, Hackney Wick, Croydon, and surrounding locations), managing the full sales journey:

  • Handling buyer enquiries and converting leads into sales
  • Conducting viewings and showcasing new build homes
  • Selling off-plan and completed units
  • Managing your pipeline and progressing deals through to exchange
  • Delivering a strong customer experience from enquiry to handover
