This is a pivotal, high-trust role requiring someone who thrives in a demanding environment and is confident managing multiple moving parts simultaneously. The successful candidate will become an integral part of the business, ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of operations, client management, deal coordination and executive support. Property industry experience is essential for this role.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Extensive diary and schedule management across viewings, meetings and appointments
- Managing emails, WhatsApp communications and incoming enquiries
- Acting as a key point of contact for high-net-worth and international clients
- Coordinating property tours, viewings and bespoke client itineraries
- Preparing property packs, presentation materials and viewing documentation
- Supporting sales progression from offer through to completion
- Liaising with buyers, sellers, solicitors, contractors and internal teams
- Preparing contracts, AML documentation and compliance records
- Maintaining CRM systems and ensuring all records are consistently updated
- Assisting with property marketing, social media coordination and client events
- Providing wider operational and administrative support across the business
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Previous experience within property or luxury real estate is essential
