Administrator to In-House Real Estate Legal Team

Central London

Full time office based Monday-Friday 9:30am - 6pm

£35,000 - £40,000 PA + Bonus

We are working on behalf of our client, a specialist residential real estate investment and management company with a strong London portfolio and growing international presence, to find a highly organised and proactive Administrator to join their in-house legal team. This is a broad and hands-on role, sitting within the legal and corporate governance functions and reporting directly to the Head of Legal. The team advises across all areas of the business - from operational and investment activity through to company secretarial and regulatory requirements - and this role is central to keeping everything running smoothly.

The role

You will be responsible for managing a high volume of correspondence, documents and communications on behalf of the legal team, arranging for the execution of documents and maintaining shared inboxes. Day to day, you will create and format Word documents including contracts and cross-references, manage document control across SharePoint, prepare filings for Companies House, and maintain accurate company records and trackers. You will also collate KYC records, liaise with the head office team, coordinate meetings, assist with purchase orders and invoices, and support conveyancers with individual unit sale paperwork. This is a fully office-based role, Monday to Friday, 9:30am to 6:00pm.

What we are looking for

A methodical, dependable individual with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage a varied workload under pressure. You will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, a high level of discretion when handling sensitive information, and advanced Microsoft Word and Excel skills. A proactive, solutions-focused mindset is essential. Knowledge of company secretarial practices is an advantage but not required.

The package

  • £35,000 - £40,000 depending on experience
  • Discretionary bonus
  • 25 days holiday plus UK bank holidays
  • Private medical insurance
  • Company pension, life cover and income protection
  • Enhanced maternity and paternity pay
